I cannot bend or twist to clean myself after using the toilet. I have a bidet at home but I travel a lot and need a portable bidet that I can take with me. Most are too short and are hand held which I can’t do. I need one that has a long handle and lots of water due to my size also. Is there anything like that?

many thanks for giving us all the gadgets of bathroom safety for senior.

However there is one which I am interested is not mentioned.
In hospital, the temperature of the shower is fixed which I think is also a safety measure.
I am 83 and I am thinking of a system of the shower which has a fixed temperature,
so if accident happens, I don’t get burned.
where can I get help to have the above system install?

That’s a great idea! We’re not experts in this area, but it sounds like a thermostatic valve or pressure balance valve might be what’s keeping the shower water temperature constant. It would be best to consult with a local company that specializes in home safety modifications to get more information and find out what would work best for your home.
